Screen Wessex is a community interest company (CIC) dedicated to developing, promoting, and sustaining the film, television, and screen media industries across the Wessex region of southern England. We work at the intersection of creativity and commerce — connecting productions with what they need, championing local and regional talent, and building a sustainable screen industry ecosystem that benefits both the creative community and the wider regional economy.

Our mission is to position Wessex as a world-class destination for film and television production — rich in locations, skilled in talent, and supported by a passionate and professional infrastructure. We do this through three core pillars:
